A) Student should appear for all the activities organized by CCPI, which can include:
- Placement Training / Preparatory Classes
- Seminars / Workshops / Expert Lectures / Guest Lectures
- Internships
- Assessment Tests (Online / Offline)
- Placement drives (On / Off / Pool Campus Drives)
- Any other activity arranged by CCPI department
B) Student should maintain 90% and above attendance in all activities conducted by the CCPI, failing which he/ she may be debarred from any further activities of CCPI.
C) If the student failed in 3 consecutive drives, he / she should undergo re-training as directed by CCPI.
D) Student should not remain absent during the Placement Drives and won’t skip the interview after clearing the written test without the consent of CCPI.
E) Student should fulfill the contract / bond obligation (if selected) asked by the company.
F) It is a responsibility of every student to read and understand the Job Description, Salary Details and Bond Details if any, etc.
G) Student should not hide any information, tell lies or put external pressure (from parents / politicians / influential people) for meeting their vested interests.
H) Student should not put the reputation of GNU at stake for their personal gains / mistakes.
I) Student should complete the formality of filling up the placement data form to get the placement assistance and update the records from time to time.
J) Student should not give any excuses pertaining to Location / Bond / Being a female / distance from Home / Shift etc. to avoid joining.
K) If student found involved in any indiscipline or misconduct, as per the rules of CCPI / Companies, he / she can be debarred from placement activities / fined and existing offer may be revoked by the University. Re-registration may be done at the discretion of Management.
L) Once the Letter of Intent or Offer Letter is issued to the student by a particular Employer, he / she shall abide by the terms and conditions of that offer and CCPI.
M) Student should inform the University representatives and take approval, adhere to the policies of the company before submitting resignation.
