The M.Sc. in Multimedia and Animation is a programme designed for college graduates interested in continuing their education in the field of animation and multimedia. This course covers the use of animation in the entertainment, multimedia, web, and gaming industries in digital media. Students will receive an M.Sc in Animation and Multimedia after successfully completing the programme. The course takes a 100% practical approach and is held at GNU. The M.Sc in animation and multimedia course was designed with the sole objective of providing university and college graduates with industry-specific animation training. Passed B.C.A/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ B.Sc. (IT) / B.E. (CSE)/ B.Tech.(CSE) / B.E. (IT) / B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree.
Passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc / B.Com. / B.A./ B. Voc./ etc.,) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination. (for students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge course will be framed by the respective University/ Institution and additional bridge courses norms of the concerned University)
