Dr. Hemant Kumar Singh is an accomplished Trainer and administrator with over 21 years of experience in the field of Hospitality. He has done his PhD in Hospitality and Management University of Tamil Nadu. He has also cleared the UGC – National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2018 in Tourism Administration & Management. He has obtained his Master of Business Administration from University of Allahabad in Human Resource and B. Com from University of Agra. He has done his 3 years Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition from NCHM- New Delhi.

His work history is long and varied. He has worked with various reputed Universities and colleges across the country. He has been a member of Board of Studies with University of Rajasthan, Rajasthan Technical University, Amity University etc. Dr. Hemant has helped in establishing the Hotel Management Department at various institutions like Jaipur National University Jaipur, Heritage Institute of Hotel & Tourism Agra & College of Hospitality Administration Jaipur.

Professionally, prior to joining Academia, he worked for number of hotels. Two Restaurants in Lucknow and a Hotel in Jaipur came into existence under his consultancy. He started his career as a Management Trainee.

He has many national & international publications in journals. During his 20-year long career, he has organized and attended number of national & international conferences, seminars, workshops, FDPs, MDPs. He is a trained Online Educator certified by American Hospitality Academy.

He has successfully organised Food Festival “Aroma – 2002” in Varanasi and various executive development programs. He has received the coveted “Shikhra Ratan” award for exemplary contribution in the field of hospitality education in a national seminar in New Delhi. He has conducted a 42 days training program for the staff of “Palace on wheels” and Rajasthan tourism corporation on various aspects of Housekeeping and Food and Beverage Services. He is trained in “Hazard Analysis at Critical Control Points (HACCP), etc. He has certifications and affiliations as well.

He has strong communication skills developed through extensive teaching experience and ability to work independently or as part of a team. He has broad experience in Hospitality Sector, Consulting, Food and Beverage, Administration, Teaching, Training and a certified Online Educator.
