BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences)

Program Details:

The Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science (BNYS) is an undergraduate degree that focuses on naturopathy and the application of yoga in the treatment of physical problems. Naturopathy is an alternative kind of treatment that heals and prevents without the use of pharmaceuticals or medicines. As a result, it is frequently non-invasive and non-prescriptive. Yoga, on the other hand, does the same thing through breathing, meditation, and asanas. Naturopathy is a type of alternative medicine that claims that foreign material in the body is the root of all disease. Its goal is to help the body recover itself, a process known as “self-healing.” Acupuncture, massage, and nutritional counselling are some of the therapies used in the procedure. Yogic sciences, on the other hand, researches how yoga can be used to live a healthy and stable existence. This is accomplished mostly through asanas, meditation, and breathing techniques. These issues and their implementation in today’s society are the emphasis of the BNYS degree. This is merely a basic course from which students might specialise further.
