The three-year full-time regular course provides students with all of the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitude to effectively perform supervisory duties in the hospitality industry. Students gain experience in the operational areas of food production, food and beverage service, front office operations, and housekeeping through in-depth laboratory work. It also offers managerial assistance in areas such as hotel accounting, food safety and quality, human resource management, facility planning, financial management, strategic management, tourism marketing, and tourism management.
In topics such as event management, financial management, human resource management, revenue management, and entrepreneurship, the course emphasizes tactical and strategic management. Some of the course’s main goals include developing research skills and doing a 6-month internship in the business twice during the course’s duration, allowing students to have a deeper understanding of the hospitality industry.
