He is a person who has been leading his team from the front and has been meeting business requirements each year through strategic planning of human resources. He has experience working in Operations, Project Management, Workforce planning, Transitions and Recruitment in India, US & UK.
His journey with HCL has been interesting into various roles and has seen multiple phases of IT industry be it Service focus, Recession, Product focus, disruptive innovations. He always had a need for New Challenge and desire to acquire New Skills. He chooses whatever keeps him motivated and excited. He is vivid speaker at various colleges and HR events. He has seen HCL progress from 50 billion rupee net worth to 600 billion net worth organization.
